As my name suggests, I am Sharbati—naturally and gently sweet. Grown in the sun-rich soils of Madhya Pradesh, I’m known for my soft texture and comforting aroma, setting me apart from other wheat varieties.

I knead easily and rise beautifully, giving you fluffy rotis and tender parathas every day. From home-baked biscuits to simple cakes, I adapt with grace, making wholesome cooking feel joyful.

At Prakriti Project, I am ground in a slow pressed stone chakki that is kept at the Satvic HQ so I can preserve maximum nutrition.
